Hello earthlings 😛
With all the back-to-school fun going on,I decided to give you some hacks/tips on how to beat exams stress. I know for some people,it’s a bit too early for finals & exams but let’s just start the year on a happy note. Don’t worry,I’m not going to tell you to study early,to sleep well and drink water..,to make a study timetable because I’m sure you know about it. - High density fun
Let me explain: The concept of taking breaks while studying is good but I think it’s also okay to actually take a few days breaks before your exams. Try to finish your revision few days before the exam [ Last minute studying is stressful by the way] and go on a road trip,or visit a country,or do things you like[nature walk perhaps],to cut off completely from your routine.[ This mental break is important and it also makes you retain a lot easier what you studied since you are less stressed but Please don’t do anything risky and dangerous ]. Return two days before the exams and then lightly review the material and refresh your mind. You are then good to go to conquer your exams 😛
2. Be active and listen to classical music
Classical music can create a positive and productive environment by elevating your mood and encouraging you to study more effectively and for longer. Classical music is recommended as the best type of music to boost your brain power but ambient music can work too.A number of academic studies recently showed listening to classical music benefits the brain, sleep patterns, the immune system and stress levels — all helpful when facing important exams. If possible skip your usual playlist,skip TV shows and gives your mind space. And you can sing or maybe dance 😛
3. Play with puppies and surround yourself with pets or[bubble wrap]
Lots of universities have installed ‘puppy rooms’ where students can come to relieve stress and anxiety. Pets have also been found to help you focus while studying,right the happy hormones 😀 And don’t hang out with people who makes you feel stressed!
Popping bubble wrap is another stress reliever you can save for home study. Play with kids or draw can help
4. Do some cleaning
Studies reveal that cleaning your room have positive impacts on your brain and feeling tidy,and organised will make you feel less stressed. And while cleaning your room,you might find lots of things and toys and travel in time. Taking a shower,a hot bath might also help!
It is very simple,just take a techno break , a study break and unplug your mind. Visit a relative,an old friend,meet new people,visit an orphanage and do things out of the box.
Then :Pause. Connect. Reset
