Alright guys,today I’m going to give you some Health Tips ,Lazy People Will Appreciate.

Without further due,lets get into this article.

Lazy tip 1: Get lots of sleep

While laziness is generally considered to be detrimental to your health, when it comes to sleeping it can actually pay off. Research has found that sleep can help you live longer, boost your memory and reduce stress, while getting less than five hours a night can lead to accidents, weight gain, and increased risk of heart disease. While it’s possible to have too much of a good thing, getting a regular eight hour’s sleep is a cheap and simple way to boost your health.


Lazy tip 2 :Bribe or Trick yourself 

Buy a season (or a series) of a very addictive TV show. Force yourself to watch it ONLY while you’re running on the treadmill, using the elliptical, or pedaling a stationary bike.

Tip/trick: If you are tired & you are taking a lot of time to decide whether you will go for a run or not. Put your workout clothes & then decide .Do not make a decision until you are dressed.[ You will eventually go for the run :p

Or sleep with your workout clothes,then the next morning,chances that you will go to gym are much higher because you don’t need to change your clothes

The ultimate in lazy = not even having to change out of your pajamas

Lazy  tip 3: Drink black coffee before you work out

If you drink a cup of black coffee before you work out, you’ll burn more fat. It breaks up the fat and means it can be used as energy, so you’ll burn that fat faster! Plus, you’ll be jazzed up on coffee and go harder with your workout!

FUN TIP. As BuzzFeed Life  reported, caffeine in coffee will free up your fat cells for your body to use as energy, according to Tim Coyle, exercise physiologist

Lazy tip 4 : Eat protein within thirty minutes of ending your workout

Protein helps build your muscles back up. So if you eat protein following a lengthy workout , then you’ll build protein up faster and lose that fat!

Lazy  tip 5 :Keep personal hygiene necessities in your gym locker too.

Then you have no excuse for not going to the gym because you want to “look pretty” after. You’ll have all you need at the gym!


Lazy tip 6 :Get a pet to improve your health

If you want big health results without making a big effort, getting a pet could be the way to go. Multiple research studies have shown that pet owners have improved physical and mental health, including lowered blood pressure, better ability to cope with adverse life effects, and lowered stress levels. For those who need encouragement to up their fitness levels, getting a pet dog may also provide you with that push you need to get out and get active.

Lazy tip 7:Make soup

Soup and lazy people are best friends. Why? Well, you can make a huge pot of soup on Sunday and eat it on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You may get a little bored of it, but you’ll only have to clean one pot on Sunday night (win) and then you’ll have plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week. Plus, there’s literally hundreds of different recipes for soup so you can try something different each week. Soup is perfect on a cold winter night and there are even soups that are meant to be served cold so that makes it the perfect summer meal as well.And best part : Soups are more healthy

Lazy Tip 8 : Eat from small plates, bowls, cups, and jars to help manage your portion sizes.

Because when you have a small portion on a big plate, you feel like you’re depriving yourself — but when that same portion takes up a lot of real estate on a smaller plate, you’ll think you’re eating more.
