Why you are always tired?

Possible reasons why you may be always tired

#1 You don’t drink enough water

It is medically shown that

#2 Eating too little,low on iron & vitamins

Anaemia is one of the top causes of feeling constantly tired . It happens as the body doesn’t have enough red blood cells to carry sufficient oxygen to tissues and organs.To get more iron and also vitamin B12[Needed for formation of red cells],do try vitamins supplements(Consult doctor first) or food rich in iron such as kidney beans, tofu, eggs ( yolk), dark green leafy vegetables, nuts..
And if you don’t take a proper balanced diet or eat too little of energy giving food,protein..This might cause fatigue and makes you tired.
And if you live in junk food,then its really time to change because somewhere junk food are responsible for chronic fatigue

#4 You skip breakfast

Some people gets late for work/school & they forget the most important meal of the day.

The food you eat fuels your body, and when you sleep, your body continues using what you consumed at dinner the night before to keep your blood pumping and oxygen flowing. So, when you wake up in the morning, you need to refuel with breakfast.


#5 Messy house,desk or office

Yes,it is said that having a messy place to work requires extra energy & by the end of the day feel tired & sluggish.

You might be suffering from some health problems and constant fatigue may be a symptom.
Some possible diseases are

->Glandular fever

Glandular fever is a common viral infection that causes tiredness as well as a fever, sore throat and swollen glands.

-> Heart disease

When everyday tasks like cleaning the house or climbing the stairs leave you feeling exhausted, it can be a sign that your heart is not up to the job. It could be an early sign of heart disease. Seek medical advice.
